If you are a resident of BC with a valid Personal Health Number you are qualified for this free telehealth service no matter where you live. Viva Care believes in providing the best quality of care and making it easily accessible to all. We recognize that it isn’t easy for you to come into a medical clinic. That is why we are proud to introduce this service to allow you to accomplish your medical needs from the comfort of your current location. We are the only group that allows you to see a doctor via video or phone call and have the opportunity to see the same physician in one of our clinics in person.

We offer this service in the following languages: English, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Arab, etc.

ArabPlease be aware that there is a $50 NO SHOW fee.

Consult a doctor directly from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Don’t wait in long clinic wait times when you can see a doctor within minutes from the comfort of your own home!
Simple! Click Book Now and select whether you prefer the first available appointment, a phone call appointment or a video call appointment. Fill in your details then select the date and time that works best for you!
Just wait! You will either be given a phone call on the number you provided, or you will receive a text/email with a link to your video call.
To give you better care and assessment, if you require our Telehealth Doctors to analyze a photo of your affected area such as skin rashes, disease, acne, closer look of tonsils, and more. Please email photos with
