If you are a resident of BC with a valid Personal Health Number you are qualified for this free telehealth service no matter where you live. Viva Care believes in providing the best quality of care and making it easily accessible to all. We recognize that it isn't easy for you to come into a medical clinic.
That is why we are proud to introduce this service to allow you to accomplish your medical needs from the comfort of your current location. We are the only group that allows you to see a doctor via video or phone call and have the opportunity to see the same physician in one of our clinics in person.
We're proud to also offer this service in the following languages: English, Cantonese, French, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, Urdu.
Please be aware that there is a $50 NO SHOW fee.
