Question: How can Viva Care Pharmacy help before you go on our summer trip?
Anaswer: Planning a Trip? No matter where you are heading this summer, make sure you book a pre-travel consultation with your Viva Care Pharmacist. It is important to contact your Viva Care Pharmacist at least 4 weeks before your trip. Depending on your travel plans, destination and health conditions, the pharmacist will advise you determine the most appropriate vaccinations you need. Viva Care pharmacists are licensed to administer and inject your vaccinations for you in-store. Outside of vaccinations, the pharmacist will tell you which medications to bring with you to relieve minor health symptoms, such as motion sickness, earaches, jet lag or digestive problems.
Viva Care Pharmacy provides the following travel immunizations or medications:
- Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies, Typhoid, Dukoral,
- Meningitis, Anti-Malarrhial medication, Traveller’s
- Diarrhea medication
