Our Zoom application is free and easy to install and will only take within minutes to download. By installing it in advance it will ensure your visit goes smoothly. You can use your cellphone, tablet, laptop and computer to install the Zoom app.

Once downloaded Zoom app you can:

1. Please simply select and click JOIN or JOIN a meeting in your device

2. Please enter Join meeting ID: 833-999-1111

3. Please enter your name then click Join

4. Please click JOIN Video and JOIN Audio button so Doctor can hear and see you when admitted.

5. Important: When on hold for 10-15 mins or exceeding time from your original booked time for instance (please wait for the Doctor to admit you at our Zoom online room, it only means that our Doctor is still helping the other patient online. While waiting patient could always rest or always do their normal routine while waiting, simply put your camera on at your table so when Dr is done helping the other patient, Dr could easily see you right away)
